RAYSAFE X2 BASE UNIT SENSORS

RaySafe X2 Base Unit and Sensors

The RaySafe X2 is a modular X-ray measurement system for quality assurance and service testing of diagnostic X-ray equipment. It consists of a base unit interchangeable smart sensors and RaySafe View PC software. You choose the sensors you need today and add more later with no range or mode selection required.

Key features of the RaySafe X2 base unit

  • Large touchscreen: A 4.3″ capacitive touch LCD shows results, waveforms and trends directly on the unit, with no computer needed.
  • Automatic sensor recognition: The base unit identifies the connected sensor and configures itself.
  • One exposure needed: The system is designed to capture the required parameters from a single exposure.
  • Built-in memory: It stores roughly the 10,000 most recent exposures.
  • Rechargeable battery: The Li-ion battery lasts about 10 hours of intensive use.
  • Data analysis: RaySafe View handles data and reporting and exports results to Microsoft Excel.
  • Standards: The X-ray meters comply with IEC 61674.

Compatible RaySafe X2 sensors

Sensor Typical use
R/F Sensor kV, dose and dose rate, HVL and waveforms for radiography and fluoroscopy
MAM Sensor Mammography dose, HVL and kV measurements
CT Sensor Ionization chamber for CT dose measurements
Light Sensor Luminance and illuminance for monitors and viewing conditions
Survey Sensor Area and scatter radiation surveys
Volt Sensor Non invasive kV, mA and mAs measurement from generator voltage
DENT Sensor Dental X-ray measurements

List only the sensors you stock. The X2 Solo is a version with limited sensor functionality.
